Advanced Crafting Redefined

The most comprehensive and polished crafting system for FiveM

Every feature has been carefully designed to create something that feels complete. Static and placeable workbenches with full database persistence. Branching tech trees with optional shared progression. A blueprint system with durability saved as item metadata. Shared crafting queues where players take turns. A crafting stash that syncs across players or stays personal. Permission controls for placed benches. Job and gang restrictions with grade requirements. Per-workbench leveling systems. Framework-agnostic design that integrates seamlessly. This isn't just a crafting script - it's a fully-realized system built to become the backbone of your server's economy.

Highlights

Main Features (Summary)

  • โœ… Compatibility
This script is fully compatible with ESX, QBCore, and QBox frameworks, with automatic detection and seamless integration. It supports multiple inventory systems including ox_inventory, qb-inventory, esx_inventory (esx_addoninventory), codem-inventory, origen_inventory and qs-inventoryโ€”simply install and the resource detects your setup automatically. It's easy to add more inventories. I'm always happy to help!
  • โšก Peak Performance
Engineered for buttery-smooth gameplay, sd-crafting runs at 0.00ms idle and stays at 0.00ms even with the UI open. During active crafting operations, performance tops out at just 0.01ms. Server-side operations use intelligent caching to minimize database load and ensure responsive tracking.
  • ๐ŸŒ Translations & Localization
Features a full translations/locales system for easy text customization and language support. Includes German (de) and English (en) by default. You can very easily add your own language!
  • โš™๏ธ Highly Configurable
Includes detailed configuration settings to customize and adapt the script to your server's specific requirements. I heavily recommend checking out the config(s) that are linked above. I think you'll be blown away by the customizability of this resource.
  • ๐Ÿ—๏ธ Static Workbenches
Place workbenches at fixed locations around your map via the config. Each station can have its own recipe pool and tech tree pool - so basic stations handle simple crafts while advanced setups unlock the good stuff. Optionally add map blips to help players find them. These are best suited for public-use.
  • ๐Ÿ‘” Job & Gang Restrictions
Lock any static workbench to a specific job or gang with a minimum grade requirement. Players without the required job, gang, or rank simply can't interact with restricted workbenches.
  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Placeable Workbench System
Let players purchase and deploy portable workbenches anywhere they like. Each placeable workbench type uses its own prop model and can be assigned specific recipe tables and tech trees. Choose between gizmo-based placement or raycast placement for positioning. Placed workbenches persist to the database and survive server restarts.
  • ๐ŸŒณ Tech Trees
Unlock recipes through branching tech trees that reward specialization. Earn tech points by crafting, then spend them to unlock nodes across multiple skill branches. Set up prerequisites so players must progress through earlier unlocks before reaching elite recipes. Each workbench type can have its own tech tree for deeper progression. Optionally, tech tree progress can be shared across placed workbenches - when enabled, if one player unlocks a node, all other players with access to that workbench gain the unlock too.
  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Leveling & XP
Every craft earns XP toward your crafting level. Configure level requirements per recipe to gate powerful items behind progression. Supports per-workbench-type leveling so players can specialize, or use a shared global level across all stations types.
  • ๐Ÿ“œ Blueprint System
Require blueprints for your rarest recipes - these recipes only appear in the crafting menu once the blueprint is attached to the workbench. You can also restrict blueprints to specific workbench types (basic, advanced, etc.); if you attach a blueprint to an incompatible workbench, the blueprints tab will indicate that it can't be crafted there. With ox_inventory, blueprints have durability that degrades with each use - durability is saved as item metadata and displayed in the item's description, as well as shown in the inventory panel as a bar at the bottom of the item that changes color as it depletes. Alternatively, use the legacy system where blueprints have a random chance to be destroyed on craft. Your choice.
  • ๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ Blueprint Image Creator
Quickly generate professional blueprint-style images for your inventory items using our included Node.js tool. It auto-detects your inventory system, overlays your item images onto blueprint templates, and outputs ready-to-use graphics. Supports batch processing, custom sizing, color tinting, and multiple template options. View the full guide here. The guide also shows some example outputs at the bottom.
  • ๐Ÿ“‹ Crafting Queue
Queue up multiple crafts and let them process sequentially while you do other things. The queue shows real-time progress, and cancelling returns all materials. Configure the behavior to your liking: lock players to the UI until complete, allow nearby movement within a set radius, or enable shared mode. With shared mode, multiple players use the same queue on a workbench - if Player A queues an item first, Player B's craft will wait until A's finishes, creating a first-come-first-served system while each player retains ownership of their own queued items.
  • ๐ŸŽ’ Custom Inventory & Crafting Stash (Staging)
When enabled, a sleek and beautifully designed inventory panel acts as a wrapper for your actual inventory - displaying your items, their slots, and the crafting stash in real-time. To craft, you must first drag materials into the crafting stash - only items in the stash will be used for crafting. Filter the view to show only recipe-relevant ingredients, search for specific items, and manage weight limits. The stash can operate in shared mode (synced across all players like an actual stash) or on a per-player basis - and you can toggle this individually for static config-based workbenches and placed/owned workbenches. Configure whether stashed items return to your inventory when closing the UI or persist at the workbench for later use - the crafting stash is saved to the database and persists across server restarts. This is an inspired feature from ProdigyRP.

Just to clarify, this is not an actual inventory you use outside of crafting, it's just a wrapper specifically made for when you have crafting open. You can optionally get a visual redesign of ox_inventory that matches perfectly with the crafting inventory wrapper here if you really like the look. It's completely free.
  • ๐Ÿ” Permission System
Placed workbenches are owner-controlled by default. Grant access to specific players, revoke permissions anytime, and manage who can use your setup through a dedicated permissions tab. Permissions persist in the database so your access list survives restarts. The permission system can be disabled entirely - when off, all players can access any placed workbench, so you'll need to hide them or place them inside your property if you want exclusive access.
  • ๐Ÿ›’ Shop System
Configure NPC vendors to sell portable workbenches and raw materials. Set custom prices, choose payment methods (cash or bank), and let players stock up on supplies before heading to their crafting station.
  • โ™พ๏ธ Infinite Possibilities
Create new workbench types, define custom recipe tables, design unique tech trees, and assign them however you like. Build a single all-purpose crafting station or an entire network of specialized benches - the system adapts to your vision.

And this is only the beginning - more features are built in, with updates adding even more down the line.
